Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order with Krazzy Point, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Order Requirements: You must provide Krazzy Point with all necessary artwork, design specifications, and sizing requirements for your T-shirt order. Any changes to your order must be communicated to Krazzy Point prior to production.

Production Time: Krazzy Point will make every effort to produce and deliver your T-shirt order within the agreed-upon timeline. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and will not be liable for any damages resulting from a delay in production or delivery.

Quality Standards: Krazzy Point uses high-quality materials and printing techniques to ensure the best possible product. However, we cannot guarantee that the final product will be identical to the original artwork or meet your specific expectations.

Payment: Payment for your T-shirt order must be made in full before production begins. Krazzy Point accepts payment by cash, credit card, or online payment methods.

Cancellation and Refunds: Once production has begun on your T-shirt order, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, if Krazzy Point is unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will issue a full refund.

Intellectual Property: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any logos, images, or other intellectual property included in your T-shirt design. Krazzy Point will not be held liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability: Krazzy Point will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of our services or any defects in the products we produce.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Krazzy Point is located.

Modification: Krazzy Point reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
